I know when I have been defeated. I apologize for any problems I caused.
I had the audacity to complain about an order they didn't communicate about for 5 weeks after charging my card (at the behest of Bethesda Studios), so they retaliated by sending the order with broken seals and sprayed with bodily fluids: blood, chew spit, or something worse. Currently looking for a lawyer to sue them and a lab to test the articles. I already have the names of the person who picked it and the one who packed it. Better answer that email this time!
