Great service, fair price and nice people. What more could you want?
I’ve bought two bikes a set of carbon wheels and quite a few accessories from Matt and i’m extremely happy with everything. Matt has also serviced my old bike several times and it never felt better after his service! I highly recommend Matt and Detour for servicing , parts and for a new bike! He’s very professional and easy to talk to and knows everything about bikes!
I have just brought my dream bike Matt took a lot of time talking over all the specification I wanted and understood what I wanted and needed. He built the bike of my dreams and excellent service and attention to detail.
So lucky to have such a brilliant, friendly bike shop in Malvern. They recently did a full service on my Cervelo. New chain, tyres, cable etc. and sorted out the rear derailleur. It’s now riding so smoothly and quietly. Thanks Matt & the team
