I went to Destiny Health seeking help with my overall, fitness and strength after suffering some injuries, including having fractured both ankles (at different times) and my L4 joint in my back. With Evan's help and encouragement I feel much more confident in my balance and strength and can feel the gains in these areas as I engage in various activities, in particular walking with my dog through a forest over rough terrain.
