I find it extremely helpful having a knowledgeable personal trainer who specialises in physiotherapy. I always leave Evan’s PT sessions feeling more confident & like I’ve really pushed myself. Evan gives me direct cues on my technique/form & advice on how my muscles function. The atmosphere here is amazing & super encouraging. The staff are wonderful too! Highly recommend joining the inclusive team at Destiny Health 🤩

I highly recommended Destiny Health if you’re serious about achieving your health goals. I can’t praise them enough; from day 1 felt welcomed and not lost in the crowd of bigger gyms. Training is personalised and an emphasis on supporting correct technique. Evan and the team do a fantastic job of keeping your workout positive while continually encouraging. They are dedicated to creating winners and just an awesome bunch of people who have helped me gain my strength back in just a matter of a few short weeks.
