Destiny Health makes regular training easy for everyone! As a busy mum who works full time, I've been trying for years to find the right fit and motivation to get some exercise into my life. I initially went to Destiny Health for treatment on a painful shoulder. After three treatments combined with a recommended exercise program my shoulder quickly improved. This tempted me to join Evan’s weekly fitness program which has been excellent. Tailored to improve fitness through cardio, core strength work and weights it has progressively improved my overall fitness.
