I was lost and no battery, so i decided to enter and ask for information The lady was so kind and friendly, she helped me with a free map, showed me and recommend me the best places around Salem and suggest me to go to the hotel in front to get a little charge Inside have a lot of Salem hoodies and more merch, free maps and calendar events
We visited Destination Salem while my wife wasn’t feeling well and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Sue was absolutely wonderful, and we were very happy to have met her. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and we will definitely stop by on our next visit to Salem.
