Where Destination Events went wrong: They promised our group the Park Plaza Hotel and a month before the trip they switched our group to the Holiday Inn. Parents had already booked extra nights as had family members coming into town, making it very inconvienient. When parents inquired, they were ignored. This was a case of bait and switch.
