I've used Destination Europe on a previous (pre-covid) trip. That trip went well. Unfortunately, for post-covid trip I felt they didn't perform well once our trip started. The biggest complaint was that a hotel that we chose (not DE) was initially a disaster. The room that was booked was horrific and we needed to not stay there. When I contacted DE, I was told something to the effect "well, that's the hotel you wanted". Uh, duh! Like I didn't know that?
