Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I dealt with a representative named Mark, who was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. I received a damaged item, and when I tried to return it, I was told it was my problem because the courier had already taken the box. Instead of focusing on resolving the issue, Mark argued with me over the packaging — completely disregarding the fact that the product they delivered was faulty. Bought a Papasan chair two years ago. We have not used it a lot. A piece of bamboo broke the other day. I have been told the warranty was only one year I was offered a replacement for 125 pounds. I am disappointed with the quality and their proposal.

I’ve just been in to view the show room in Trafford park and ordered x2 of these gorgeous chairs! The service was amazing, and they were so helpful regarding measurements and delivery. Definitely recommend!
