Bought a Papasan chair two years ago. We have not used it a lot. A piece of bamboo broke the other day. I have been told the warranty was only one year I was offered a replacement for 125 pounds. I am disappointed with the quality and their proposal.
I’ve just been in to view the show room in Trafford park and ordered x2 of these gorgeous chairs! The service was amazing, and they were so helpful regarding measurements and delivery. Definitely recommend!
