The bus was like 35 mins late to pick us up from a basketball game for school. We all got home late.
I recently booked a return trip for 13 guests and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The quote stage was efficient and responsive, and communication throughout was excellent. The same driver was allocated for both trips and was friendly, punctual and professional. All guests were well looked after. Des’s Mini Bus also accommodated a minor change to the pickup time at very short notice and still delivered a punctual and efficient service. I would happily recommend them and would use their services again.
