Truthfully, I’ve had a lot of positive experiences with the company; however, I just got a call today (4/13) advising me I need to turn in a form to have my taxes filed. I responded that the form had been sent on 3/11. She had to confirm with my cpa and call me back. When she did she told me what I had known (that the form was sent over 1 month ago).
