Communication is terrible !! Call everyday for the last 2 months maybe longer no response on my case.
Hate to write this review as our in person meeting was spectacular. Filled out a POA form for my grandfather about 8-10 months ago and have yet to hear back from them. I've tried calling multiple times with no answer, when I'm finally able to get in touch with someone they give me the run arounds that the lawyer is not in. Very unprofessional! Just want some updates on our case.
