Horrible system. They do not care when parents call for concerns , especially the Natasha woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and was no help at all with the concerns I had. They have every excuse under the sun to keep them from having to actually enforce a change in the system and be helpful kind people to the parents. The director Levi is never available to speak or help either.
Doesn't drop middle school kids off by there house but drop high school kids off by there house. Couldn't add an extra stop to the route that 0.2 miles away.
Kids are having to stand on the bus, it’s just outright dangerous and illegal. There’s no reason my kids and other kids should have to stand. I’ve called, I’ve reported, still NO change. As a parent myself this is just downright awful. This company needs to get a grip and fix this problem!!!!! I’m very upset fix this NOW!!!!
Frustrated with the poor planning and execution on the first day of school. The bus never showed up, and then over 40 minutes stuck in the car line — completely avoidable with better coordination. It’s disappointing to see this kind of disorganization, especially on day one. Hopefully improvements are made quickly.
They let the drivers cuss out the kids with no repercussions!
