Twice I have had terrible service from nursing staff on the phone. Rude and will hang up on you. They were also rude to my surgeons office staff when they called as well.
Whoever answers the nursing staff line was very rude! And hung up on me while I was speaking to her. I was calling from a pharmacy to clarify a patients prescription and was hung up in the middle of talking. Customer service is everything and that staff member should not be answering the phone. She’s there to help people not hang up on them.
I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes and I was the second call! I used a second phone to call just to see how many of us are on hold, that line stated I was number six! This is ridiculous!
