I wanted to have a discussion over email instead of on the phone so I could share the attorneys response with another party. I was happy to pay the consultation fee as long as our appointment could be done over email. I typed out a long explanation of my situation and was told to find another attorney. When I asked why this company couldn't assist, this is the response I received.
Chuck Trainor took me when everyone else just shrugged me off, there was one lawyer that made me cry numerous times.. then i found Mr. Trainor. Chuck has treated me like family, he has genuinely cares about me and put my best interest first. He was very patient with me and was always ok with me taking breaks as some things are difficult to discuss..
