Called for help with a time sensitive matter and told them that. Was told the woman that deals with those matters was in a meeting and I would receive a call back that day, now 5 days later have not heard back. Seems like they really care about people. If you’re looking for a reliable attorney that actually cares about your problems, keep looking as it will not be found here.

I wanted to have a discussion over email instead of on the phone so I could share the attorneys response with another party. I was happy to pay the consultation fee as long as our appointment could be done over email. I typed out a long explanation of my situation and was told to find another attorney. When I asked why this company couldn't assist, this is the response I received.
