The most inadequate customer service I have ever dealt with! I ordered a desk. First, my order got lost (took them 2 weeks to figure this out ). They offered to send a new desk but in a different colour as the one I ordered got out of stock while I waited it to arrive... I refused a different colour and ordered the larger size but same colour instead. I purchased a chair from them and realised that it was not correct. I put in a request to return it and was told I have to pay the postage and ensure it is disassembled when they pick it back up. To disassemble it you need tools, which I do not have. I was told that I need to go onto Airtasker and pay someone to disassemble it for me. The return of the chair is now going to cost me hundreds of dollars. The customer service agent told me that it isn't their problem.
