I originally would have given 4 or 5 stars for a combination of the staff and the quality of the chair I purchased. Unfortunately what ended up happening over the years was a slow downward spiral of lack of customer service. I originally purchased my chair with a 5 year warranty. I needed the seat replaced after 4.5 years. This was done with no problems, great service. The new seat that was replaced ended up getting the same problems within 2 years. THE place to buy reasonably priced used office chairs. They have a huge selection, most for $99. Compared to $189 - $500+ at office supply stores, it's a great bargain. Some of the chairs need cleaning, but they sell a lot to construction sites who don't care, and throw them in the dumpster when they're done.😉
