I would not hesitate to recommend this fine gentleman. He is completely fluent, bilingual, which is a bonus. I have known Maître Desjardins now for 35+ years both professionally and personally. He was also for many years one of Quebec’s arbitrators for hockey at all levels, except for the NHL. He is very, very knowledgeable. I believe he is also extremely adept with the rules and regulations concerning soccer and baseball.
