Customer service and call system very lacking. I waited 3 hours on a call one day after being transferred twice. Needed to make a change on a business account (add 2 signatories) and it was not possible to get this done within 4 days, even after numerous calls, more waiting, lots of explanations and even a site visit. After each call that we made to check in on the process, there were plenty reassurances made and yet the change was still not completed on time. Lack of professionalism, rude and gave me false information. The caissier was unwilling to help me. All I wanted is to withdraw money. This is the second time I have a bad experience with this branch.
Horrible.
