This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I have experienced. I entered this branch with a smile because I know that customer service can be difficult for employees. There was only one employee present, and she was extremely rude. I asked to have my card unblocked, but she told me that because my card was issued in Quebec, she could not unblock it at this branch. Customer service and call system very lacking. I waited 3 hours on a call one day after being transferred twice. Needed to make a change on a business account (add 2 signatories) and it was not possible to get this done within 4 days, even after numerous calls, more waiting, lots of explanations and even a site visit. After each call that we made to check in on the process, there were plenty reassurances made and yet the change was still not completed on time. Lack of professionalism, rude and gave me false information. The caissier was unwilling to help me. All I wanted is to withdraw money. This is the second time I have a bad experience with this branch.
