Service pour renouvellement de pret hypothecaire vraiment decevant! Rarement vue autant d’incompétence par plusieurs employés! Finalement ils ont renvoyé un des employés dans le dossier mais c’est maintenant notre probleme,ils s’en lave les mains.Rien a été bien fait!
I wish i could give more stars as there are few very nice people working in the branch. However, the bank is completely disorganized, left hand does not know what the right is doing, most operations are still in antiquated manual mode, you get bounced from one person to another several times on the same file/case. Lack of formal paperwork. Every simple task that takes seconds in other banks takes days in Desjardins. Unforgivable “forgetfulness” costing money to customers. Totally uncompetitive. Sorry.
Toujours de l'excellent service. J'aimerais qu'il y ait un guichet qui nous donne le choix de coupures, 5 ou 10 dollars lors d'un retrait. D'autres banques ont cette option, ce n'est pas pratique de n'avoir seulement des 20$ et quand je veux autres il faut que j'aille à la caissière.
