Dodgy people, hopeless customer service, they never answer phone, don't reply to emails, don't return phone calls. Very stylish couch and coffee table went to council clean up within few months. First this took forever to deliver, then one part of the couch started to have leather pealing off, they replaced in few months, then other parts included cushions started to have the same issue.........till date couch never got replaced and they are uncontactable. This is the first negative review I've ever made. I bought a couch from desiredliving in 2022. It's a nice couch, I really like it. 18 months later the frame underneath one of the legs has broken. I contacted desiredliving in March 2024 to have it fixed (as it's covered under warranty). It's now August 2024 and a technician still has not arrived to take a look. I have ordered my sofa and coffee table.it come very very late and I have received my coffee table with defects.its already couple of months now they even not answering my emails or call? Don't buy anything otherwise you will end up with horrible customer service. They even don't deserve 1 star.
