DO NOT BUY A COUCH FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Horrible quality and even worse are the people who work there. Will be taking the issues further. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
We got a sofa off them about 8-9 years ago. Great to deal with and it was send to Airlie Beach which a lot of place to date don’t deliver. So I had no hesitation in buying from them again. Like some of the reviews here. I don’t like to do bad ones.It to easy to put a bad review in and not know all the reasons. My friend has been waiting on a couch since June 2024. They told her middle of october, then middle of november. My friend paid $1000 deposit. She is still waiting.... I just looked up desired living and read the first review... :/ 2.9 stars whats going on? desired living your gonna go down if your ripping people off. This is no way to make money tsk tsk
DESIRED LIVING NIGHTMARE Lounge ordered and deposit paid prior in April 2024. More than 28 weeks and no lounge. Lied to …. my lounge would be delivered by 3/11/2024 last week BUT I had to pay the Delivery and balance. I should have known better. We sat at home for 4 days waiting. They never answer their calls and they ignore you! They do not respond to messages or emails. ******Worst experience ever***** Dodgy people! I bought a leather lounge for under $5k.....so call leather started to peel off within few months and they replaced. Within few weeks other parts of the lounge started to peel off. They promised to replace the parts and peeled cushion which never happened till the date. I have wasted my money and hundreds of emails, phone calls remain unanswered. I don't have anymore energy to follow this up or to take the matter any further.
