Very disappointed in their follow-up and customer service. I went into the store over a week ago and left my name and number for a design consultant to call me. Several days later when I had not heard back, I went on their website to see if I could schedule an appointment. I heard back from the consultant and we set a day and time for a phone call meeting and she said she would call me at the scheduled time. The call never came. This is a totally unsolicited recommendation for Designs West. I love this store for sooo many reasons. I’ve made it my “go to” place. The staff and designers are excellent. Free designer help for in-store purchases (which are far more expansive than what is shown on the floor). --But, holy smokes, when they came to my house they gave me far more information for what I could do beyond their in store “buying options.” I was able to move forward with other construction options based on their advice. Just got our furniture and I had to leave a review immediately because the experience with Designs West was perfect end to end. Great, quality furniture selection and friendly service from the salespeople to the delivery technicians. The delivery and set-up fee was very reasonable and the techs were awesome folks who got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
