I had this company come out to look at a neon light in my business. They came out and charged me nearly $500 to fix something half that price and it took them 15 minutes but I paid it because I prefer to do business locally. The light went out in 13 months. I called back and they refused to come out without charging a trip charged to my credit card. I asked them to at least come out and look at the problem to see if it was the same problem that they had just fixed and if it was a different problem I would gladly pay the trip... read more
