I bought a beautiful smocked dress for my granddaughters 3rd birthday here. Excellent customer service and I thought a good value. Smocking included cupcakes with candles and presents.
We purchased a childs book, when we got home and opened the boom there were a few of the letters missing. We have tried for a month to reach them by telephone, website messenger, facebook messenger and email. No one has contacted us back. Terrible customer service. Cant recommend.
