Unfortunately, I cannot attest to great customer service. I received a damaged piece and after 3 follow-up emails over several weeks, I realized Stephen had absolutely no intentions to respond. I learned my lesson, this was the first time I dealt with a high end furniture company where you cannot pay with credit card but must pay in cash (via bank transfer).
