I was so excited that they had a discontinued item in stock so I ordered it. After I ordered my $150 item I noticed that I selected overnight shipping and that was more than the cost of the item itself. There are definitely challenges with the ordering process as it throws you into SHOP and the pull down for the delivery options did not register properly (before you say user error, I'm a technologist and there were definitely funky things happening in the background). Very nice product I actually purchased a second one after receiving the first one. They are very quick to ship (though it’s not included) and you receive updates through the entire process — very pleased would consider them in the future.
We have a collection of hand painted blown real egg ornaments and two got broken. After much searching I found these exquisite hand painted eggs from Austria at Designer’s Studio. They answered my text questions quickly and I ordered two that arrived beautifully and safely packaged within days. A wonderful find from a great store - thank you!
