I had a great experience with Designer’s Studio. I ordered two Mother of Pearl spoons and shortly thereafter I received an email from the company stating that one of the spoons has a crack in it. They gave me a choice; I can cancel the order of the cracked spoon or they sent me photos of two other spoons I could choose instead. What customer service!!!! I made my choice, received my purchase in a timely and well packed order. Couldn’t be happier. :-)
