Beware of Designers Library. A Kalaty rug I purchased through them in 2025 was materially different from the physical sample on which my decision was based. My wife and I spent quite some time researching flooring to replace the original LVP in our home. Designer’s Library stood out with their excellent customer service (Bre) and prompt communication. We were able to get product ordered without any issues, and scheduled for installation in an acceptable timeframe.
