Went in to store with my wife not expecting much. The store is a lot bigger inside than it looks! Selection was great! I was suprised how they would match or beat Ashley prices in Austin and could get the items just as fast. Delivery was reasonable and I received it in 2 weeks as promised. Great service and Jason was a great help through the whole process.
After purchase service just fine.....but if you ahve a warranty issue, BEWARE! I have been given the run-around 5 times with delivery mess ups--forgotten delivery times--promises unkept---over a 3 week time period--no one seems to care or be concerned that I have to rearrange my schedule EVERYTIME they decide not to show up, they brought the wrong item once--and tried to argue with me that it was the same--when it CLEARLY was NOT--I even went to the store to show the manager the item--they call at the last minute and expect ... read more
