I would like to thank the team at Designer Tile Company, Jim, Kyle and Kerry who are all fantastic to deal with. The service is second to none, great tile range in their showroom. It’s the service for me, the team know their products, Jim is also a wealth of knowledge, Kyle always organises the materials, Adhesives, Sealers, Leveling Clips & Wedges, Tile Trim Edges, Spacers, Silicone and Grouts required to go with the tiles. I went yesterday because Google shows that you are open from this Wednesday, but the notice on the door says you are closed until the 12th. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time for me. I think more consideration for customers would be appreciated. Your regular days off seem to be Monday and Tuesday, and the 12th falls on a Monday. Could you please confirm whether you will be open on Monday?
Terrible service. We waited 1 hour to be served, and even then, the man working was rude and acted like to serve us was a bother. Would not recommend mainly because of the way we were treated as customers
Staff always helpful.
