I went yesterday because Google shows that you are open from this Wednesday, but the notice on the door says you are closed until the 12th. Unfortunately, this was a waste of time for me. I think more consideration for customers would be appreciated. Your regular days off seem to be Monday and Tuesday, and the 12th falls on a Monday. Could you please confirm whether you will be open on Monday?
Terrible service. We waited 1 hour to be served, and even then, the man working was rude and acted like to serve us was a bother. Would not recommend mainly because of the way we were treated as customers
Staff always helpful.
I just had the tiles delivered and they absolutely don’t match the image on the website. They are not willing to refund or cover cost for shipping. Which was more than the tiles itself! There comment was that every screen looks different! These tiles are yellow not green!!!Not happy!
Kerry’s was absolutely amazing today helping us choose tiles. She gave us great advice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely come back in the future because of her. Great prices on tiles too!
