I just had the tiles delivered and they absolutely don’t match the image on the website. They are not willing to refund or cover cost for shipping. Which was more than the tiles itself! There comment was that every screen looks different! These tiles are yellow not green!!!Not happy!
Kerry’s was absolutely amazing today helping us choose tiles. She gave us great advice and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Will definitely come back in the future because of her. Great prices on tiles too!
Disappointing quality of tiles purchased. Not fit for purpose so had to replace all 35 sqm from a different company. When our tiler spoke to the store manager to explain the problems, the issue just fell on deaf ears.
