Disappointing quality of tiles purchased. Not fit for purpose so had to replace all 35 sqm from a different company. When our tiler spoke to the store manager to explain the problems, the issue just fell on deaf ears.

So very helpful. I am just doing a feature tile reno in bathroom. They were just so kind over the phone helping me check my measurements to get the order correct (although I did stuff up on this end with the measuring tape... but it all worked out).
