I previously wrote a glowing review based on the sales experience but I am unfortunately retracting it due to the absolutely abysmal wait times on our new sofa. We ordered the sofa in December, expecting a delivery of March. As of June we still have no sofa and no date confirmed. We have had to continuously chase for updates with no proactive updates from the business and no real clarity on what has caused the delay. We went into shop and what I loved no one bothers you like most sofa shops I had been into. The lovely lady that served us Nemany was not pushy in any way answered all our questions service was amazing and kindness was lovely as I suffer with a heart condition which I won’t go into but her kindness I certainly appreciated nothing was to much trouble and the res of the staff was great Would most certainly recommend a visit if any one is looking for a sofa Thank you for such excellent service .
