Walking into Indowest and grabbing good quality clothes is fabulous🥰
Spent $300 on a dress at the Liverpool location and they packaged a different one that was faulty. I opened the packet today (2 weeks after purchase) - the dress was ripped (not the one I was shown before they packaged and the one I tried on). I called to request an exchange (I did not request a refund), they said "our policy is no refunds, no exchanges" but then requested a photo of the ripped dress.
