Would give negative stars if I could! Waited over a month for my glasses when I was told I would have them by the end of the week. When I got them I could not see. After I got them read by another optical business, I knew the prescription was wrong. I took them back and said I could not see out of them. The owner argued with me that they were not wrong, then proceeded to read the lenses and lie that they were the exact prescription but she needed to take them back to the lab to fix the axis tilt. Went in on a whim because they take my insurance. I opened the door and 2 small dogs come running at me barking. The one calmed down and the other nipped at me. Should have been my warning. I found a pair of frames that I had wanted so I went to take a pic so I remembered, and the lady quickly snatched up the frames and said no pictures allowed. And began to scold me. If I could give negative stars I would, this place is a nightmare to deal with. I will say that the doctor is nice but the other staff are rude, their policies are so weirdly archaic, and the glasses selection is really bad/outdated. I called to obtain my contact prescription and they refused to give it over the phone for some weird reason. The woman said they need to make sure prescription is current (within a year) which I assured her it is, I just had an exam 6ish months ago. She wouldn’t even look in my file. Paid over $500 for glasses. Bifocals aren’t right. Told them that when I picked up the glasses, I was told my eyes would adjust. Called 3 times a week for 3 weeks. No returned call. Finally they told me to come in for adjustments. They “adjusted” my nose pieces. Still can’t read with them & told them that. 3 more weeks of calls, finally said my lenses will be replaced. Now, another month later, lenses are “on order”. Totally disgusted with this business.

Very rude to the customers, they screwed up an order and then argued and refused to fix said mistake. woman said she was the owner is very condescending. Would not recommend anyone come to this business.
