DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Happily take your money, but radio silence after when the bag doesn’t show. My daughter and I have emailed, text and phoned numerous times with nothing. No refund, no bag, no explanation, nothing!!! This was for my daughter’s formal who was left without a bag. Wish I’d read the reviews first - honestly have no idea how they are still open and in business.
SCAM!!!! Absolutely pathetic excuse for a business. You happily take people’s hard-earned money knowing they are paying for a luxury experience, yet you can’t even complete the bare minimum and deliver the bag. Such a disappointing experience. I organised to hire this from 18th Nov as it was express next day post. I needed it on the 20th. Bag never arrived numerous phones calls to a number that was never answered, contact through insta and email and absolutely nothing. They debited my card though so lets see how long that takes to get refunded. I should've suspected something wasn't right when my bank declined the first attempt thinking it was fraudulent charge. This review is based on facts & after experiencing below par customer service I feel it’s necessary to warn potential customers. The bag that I hired was advertised as metallic silver. These exact words are still on the website under the bag’s listing however the bag has clearly aged & it’s now dark grey in colour. I didn’t want to hire a grey bag, I needed a metallic silver bag.
