Great experience purchasing a herman miller chair from interstate with Jen. I placed the order over the phone and the paperwork was sent to me shortly after. Jen was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, which was mainly handled over email. No issues with courier pickup and I was able to get a nice discount on the chair compared to Designcraft's competitors.
