Had a fantastic experience here working with Bianca to furnish our home. She did measurements and went deep in recommending the ideal fabric for us. The layout and staging of the store is great. Always a pleasure to visit.
The place is completely detached from reality. $20k for a couch and call yourself “design within reach”.
For products at this price level, I expected a much higher standard of customer service. We purchased a bed frame, and at the same time also bought an adjustable standing desk and a coffee table from this store. Unfortunately, the bottom part of the bed frame arrived in a completely different color from the rest of the frame. Since then, no one has made a real effort to resolve the problem. Very bad customer service. Please fix it
Be super aware of design within reach. I bought a bedframe a few years ago for almost $3000, I called up for customer service and the person told me it was my fault because I had moved even though I hired white glove service and since it’s outside of warranty. They don’t even have their own service team.
