The entire process over the phone and email with one of DWR's associates was great! They were having a sale on HM chairs and were still able to offer free shipping, walked me through the whole process, brought up good information and concerns, and made sure that I was absolutely sure of what I wanted to buy. They were very friendly and professional and because of that, I am writing this review sitting in a brand new Herman Miller X Logitech Embody chair (which btw is VERY comfortable).
Terrible customer service. Waited by the Herman Miller chairs for 20 minutes no one came to help they were too busy on their phones downstairs doing nothing. Avoid
