Extraordinarily poor customer service. Bought an office chair with a 12 year warranty but when it malfunctioned after 4 months, they ignored emails and calls, dragged their feet, claimed there were delays with the vendor, etc Took over a month to actually get somewhat out to fix the chair, and I had to buy a second chair in the interim. Amazon has better customer service, so there is not much point in using this place.
I have purchased many pieces from DWR over the last two years. I also purchased several items from other high(er)-end design stores - the service from DWR Cambridge is unmatched. There were a few hiccups which were addressed seamlessly by Andrew and Margaret. Usually when things go wrong, one tends to throw shade at the retailer. However, this is not the case with DWR Cambridge. PLEASE visit this store and purchase directly from this location, rather than placing an online order.
