Working with Kevin at DWR was an outstanding experience. I never felt any pressure to buy, which I really appreciate. I was very undecided on colors, but Kevin asked all the right design questions to help guide me toward a decision that felt right for my home. As a big fan of mid‑century furniture, this store is a true jewel for me — and Kevin made the whole process enjoyable, easy, and inspiring. Highly recommend his service and expertise!
DWR has the worst customer service - won’t let us exchange the SAME item for a different color without paying a $399 shipping fee. Such BS, wouldn’t recommend anything here!
