Very Disappointed I was charged for an extra chair I didn’t order, and when I contacted customer service, no one was helpful. Andy, who I was working with, completely ghosted me and never followed up. Terrible customer service and very frustrating experience. I won’t be shopping here again.
Smaller than expected (Berkeley showroom is much bigger), but very helpful salespeople.
Had a question about servicing my Herman Miller chair. While my chair is just out of warranty, the representative helped connect me with the resources to service my chair. Excellent customer service.
Always fun, one of my favorite stores.
