Fox and Elizabeth were phenomenal to work with throughout our custom order. We made quite a few last-minute changes, and they were always incredibly patient, accommodating, and quick to respond. They genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Purchased two Lauki dressers. First arrived damaged; carrier tried to bribe me not to report. Second delivery damaged my walls—still unrepaired a month later. DWR promised help, then stopped responding and blamed the carrier. DWR is happy to take your money but it has no real intention to support their products.
Very Disappointed I was charged for an extra chair I didn’t order, and when I contacted customer service, no one was helpful. Andy, who I was working with, completely ghosted me and never followed up. Terrible customer service and very frustrating experience. I won’t be shopping here again.
