I had a great experience working with Fox at DWR. The quality of the furniture is superb, and Fox's expertise and attention to detail really made a difference in my home. Fox and Elizabeth were phenomenal to work with throughout our custom order. We made quite a few last-minute changes, and they were always incredibly patient, accommodating, and quick to respond. Purchased two Lauki dressers. First arrived damaged; carrier tried to bribe me not to report. Second delivery damaged my walls—still unrepaired a month later. DWR promised help, then stopped responding and blamed the carrier. DWR is happy to take your money but it has no real intention to support their products.
