Purchased two Lauki dressers. First arrived damaged; carrier tried to bribe me not to report. Second delivery damaged my walls—still unrepaired a month later. DWR promised help, then stopped responding and blamed the carrier. DWR is happy to take your money but it has no real intention to support their products.
Very Disappointed I was charged for an extra chair I didn’t order, and when I contacted customer service, no one was helpful. Andy, who I was working with, completely ghosted me and never followed up. Terrible customer service and very frustrating experience. I won’t be shopping here again.
Smaller than expected (Berkeley showroom is much bigger), but very helpful salespeople.
