DWR has the worst customer service - won’t let us exchange the same item for a different color without paying a $399 shipping fee. Such BS, wouldn’t recommend anything here!
Horrible experience the last 3 months buying furniture here. They got multiple orders wrong and charged us 80k instead of 40k. It took weeks to get charges reversed. I like the furniture, but won’t shop there again
Surprisingly small show room so the selection is very limited. First time visiting DWR and didn’t match the hype I’d have expected from the ads and prices. I would browse DWR online but wouldn’t go to this particular store.
Helpful staff and amazing personal follow-up with all phases of my order and delivery.
