I’m extremely disappointed with Design Within Reach (DWR). This is not my first time experiencing delays and poor communication, despite having spent a significant amount of money with DWR. I recently purchased a desk and paid extra for their “white glove” delivery service, which included assembly. On 1/12, the desk arrived incomplete and no assembly was done.
