Truly the worst customer service I have ever received from a brand of this cost and caliber. I ordered a desk and it took 4 weeks to arrive - sure whatever I knew that going in. They sent me a wrong part! So now I have desk parts all over my small apartment. After calling them they told me it will be 4 weeks to get a replacement sent to me? Are you kidding?
