From my very first phone call through to delivery, the experience was excellent. The customer service was brilliant, with outstanding communication via both email and text every step of the way. The delivery team were friendly and professional, placing the table exactly where I wanted it. The product itself is beautiful and great quality — we absolutely love our new outdoor table. From start to go staff very helpful received my headboard in a timely manner. It looks fabulous in my bedroom. Craftsmanship very good.
Don't shop here. The quality of the goods for the price is questionnable The team do not know what the products are made of or where they are made. The website information is misleading and when asked for specification and clarification from product buyer or manager you just get told by the same floor staff the same misinformation. No transparency about the product source or quality. This below is the deck umbrella pole that is advertised as "hardwood". It clearly has plastic encasement which affects the whole look of it but... read more
