What AWFUL customer service I have been waiting 8 weeks for a mirror that i was told would be here at max 4 weeks When trying to contact this store over and over again via email, social media and even telephone NO ONE responds or answers I managed to get the phone answered twice in this time, once i was told my delivery would be here Friday (3 weeks ago) The 2nd time i was told it had gone to the couriers and it was really odd i hadn't got it, they'd call thew couriers and call me straight back That was 2 weeks ago I still h... read more
Fundamental service issues! I have been waiting on a product for 7 weeks when I got told it would take 10days. Finally got told to pick it up and got there and they had part of the order missing. Got told it would be posted to me and haven't seen anything in weeks. Can never get through to anyone on the phone and emails are full of "we will get back to you shortly" but no outcomes at all. BE CAREFUL!!!
A client ordered $1,600 worth of pendant lights. No order was fulfilled. Nothing received. No contact whatsoever from Design Twins, despite HUNDREDS of attempts over many weeks. We have learned today that the company has gone into liquidation. It is so disappointing that hard earned money from small businesses and families is now completely wasted. Shame on you.
If you look at their website now they have gone into liquidation so I guesss my pot which was dispatched from Sydney for delivery to Sydney 2 months ago won’t be turning up🤬
