I visited Design Tiles yesterday (Saturday) to place an order for outdoor tiles. There were two lady staff members at the front desk, one of them (wearing a Hijab) was assisting a customer while the other lady was just sitting and observing their conversation. So I requested her to assist me, she was very rude she advised "It's not my job to assist you" and I must wait for someone else. That was shocking and disgraceful customer service. Dianna & team are great, they have an exceptional range and will go one step further to help you source and find any tile you may have seen somewhere else and at a better price for your project. I will definitely keep using them.
Design Tiles was a fantastic place for me to choose out tiles for the new house we are building. They have a vast selection with fair prices. Dianne was so helpful and professional and inspired us with ideas and mood boards to help us pick a tile we would love. Very friendly and helpful staff.
