I had a wonderful experience working with Jacinta at Design Tiles. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the tile selection for my bathroom and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. I cancelled my order on 22nd Jan because I was told that freight would increase from $685 to $1,408, 1 week after I paid the amount quoted in full for the same delivery address. They should check with their freight company for the cost before issuing a quote so that buyer can make an informed decision whether to proceed with the purchase or not. Fantastic experience. We went in with inspiration photos of other bathrooms & the floor staff were very helpful in selecting tiles that were perfect for our space. 10/10!
