I love Design Therapy they have such a beautiful store it's definitely my favorite therapy session when I get the chance to go! Jenny the owner and all the girls there are amazing! They are very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to helping you pick out the perfect pieces for your home even if you're just going in to window shop or browse, the team is so friendly. - My daughter tells me if she could she'd live there!!
This review is to express my significant disappointment with a recent experience at the store. Over the years, I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of items from Design Therapy, as I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. A couple of days ago, my partner bought some bedding as a surprise for me, hence why he wouldn’t have reached out to me on the specific items of bedding while in store. What a great home furnishing store! Jenny and her team are so helpful & knowledgeable while not being pushy. I recently purchased a STYLUS Fitz sofa from Design Therapy. The process was seamless and as promised, from the preliminary browsing of options to the free delivery of my sofa. Thank you!
What an amazing store! I always feel so welcomed and at home when I visit Design Home Therapy! I’ve bought so many art pieces at very reasonable prices. The sofas are locally made in BC with a great warranty and the options for fabric, fill, etc really personalize the experience. And so many options for sheets! The staff is so friendly and not at all pushy, it’s like shopping with your friends.
