We had 2 custom wingback chairs delivered from a furniture company to Design Services to hold for us until our home renovations were finished. We paid $528 for their "White Glove Service." One week ago, the guys carried the chairs into the house casually over their shoulders. Only one used gloves & no one used booties. One of the chair legs has a clear knife cut, which could have happened anywhere along the delivery process (and can easily be filled in with wood filler).
