Ordered a Moooi Shade 70 Chandelier but not the shade. Three weeks later the shipment arrives and I was very disappointed. Called customer service and spoke to Sophie who put on a Master Class on how to manage customers to the best outcome. She listened carefully and found a win-win solution. Sophie turned a big disappointment into a great situation. If you are buying a Moooi chandelier, be SURE you order both the chandelier AND shade--but if something goes astray, know that Sophie is eager to help.

Anna in customer service was very friendly and helpful when I needed to change an order. She followed up promptly and stayed on top of the refund process. Based on that experience, I plan to shop here again!
