If you thought you were purchasing beautifully crafted hardwearing European Fermob steel outdoor furniture, albeit at a high price, then buyer beware. The paintwork on our Fermob outdoor furniture sets which were kept under cover, rusted and bubbled after a few years which is apparently a 'known' factor due to 'the coastal air' and therefore something which this business will wash its hands off of. We asked our interior designer to select a boardroom table for our office fitout. She selected the Mitas table. On multipe occasions couldn't get a response to her queries. Business lost due to incompetence and during a pandemic when people are losing their jobs. You would think they would at least value their jobs enough to stay in business by providing great service and uh...selling. Who wants our business next? Does anyone want to make money by selling their furniture?
Amazing furniture range and exceptionally customer service both before and after service. As a furniture tragic I appreciate and purchase designer furniture and Design Nation is number one on all fronts no matter how small the order.
