Amazing place.
EDIT: After the company reviewed my concerns, they offered to repair the couch and arranged pickup and delivery. I appreciate them taking steps to resolve the issue. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased this couch three years ago expecting it to last, especially given the $3,000 price. Since then, three of the legs have broken off, which is unacceptable for something in this price range. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered $150 toward repairs ,far from reasonable given the situation. I ... read more

Repeat customer. Very happy with each experience. The furniture is beautiful and durable. Customer service is exceptional. Delivery was fast. (Next day for an item in stock, 8 weeks for an item that had to be ordered). Delivery people were professional and friendly.
