I’m very disappointed with my experience. I purchased this couch three years ago expecting it to last, especially given the $3,000 price. Since then, three of the legs have broken off, which is unacceptable for something in this price range. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered $150 toward repairs ,far from reasonable given the situation. Repeat customer. Very happy with each experience. The furniture is beautiful and durable. Customer service is exceptional. Delivery was fast. (Next day for an item in stock, 8 weeks for an item that had to be ordered). Delivery people were professional and friendly.
