Please take seriously. I purchased a very expensive sectional—spending thousands—expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Within a relatively short period of time, one side began sagging and the steel frame actually broke. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Design Manitoba has been frustrating enough that I feel obligated to share it so others can make informed decisions. I purchased a sectional from them, which initially seemed like a good investment. Unfortunately, the first sectional had a flaw and needed to be replaced. We purchased a sectional. Design Manitoba has a great selection of quality furniture at a great price. We dealt with John, Marilyn and Dave. Customer service was excellent.
