NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL we’ve had a very poor ongoing experience with Design Initial and its owner Rocky, we have a luxury lounge that has an ongoing issue since new and can’t even get a call back or email reply. They don’t stand by the products they sell and they were even hard to deal with buying and having the lounge delivered. It’s over priced and poorly serviced.
We have just purchased a Kelvin Giormani sofa from Initial Design in Bundall . We won't know if our judgement of the quality is valid for a few years but our research makes us believe it to be of a high standard. However we were very impressed by the help we got from Tegan at Initial. She is a highly qualified interior designer and she used those skills and experience to help us.
