The personalized service that is provided for my mom has been exceptional. Susan and Bill have been wonderful and very helpful from the first time we went into the office and purchased mom’s hearing aids. They answer questions when I call (bonus; you actually get to speak to a live person(Susan). Bill has gone to my mom’s facility to adjust the volume on her hearing aids and he cleaned them.
